Rosemary Chicken

Looking for a simple chicken dish to make for dinner. Well, I have a tried and true, super easy chicken recipe that I make quite often around our home. In fact, I made it last night and thought I would share.

 Rosemary Chicken

The only ingredients that you will need are:
Chicken breasts
Olive oil
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper

Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Place in a bowl, drizzle olive oil over chicken, then sprinkle with a generous amount of chopped fresh rosemary, salt and pepper to your taste,turning as you coat it. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or over-night.
When ready to cook, heat a skillet on med-high heat. Drizzle a small amount of oil in your pan, just enough for a thin coating. Cook until the temperature of chicken reaches 170°-175°

The chicken turns out super moist and very tasty. Serve with your favorite veggie and potatoes or rice. Nice hearty meal.

    I just love the Rosemary and Chicken combination. We have Rosemary in several places in our garden, it is so nice just to clip some and season the Chicken. This looks like a great recipe. Hope you have a great weekend and thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.
