The only ingredients that you will need are:
Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Place in a bowl, drizzle olive oil over chicken, then sprinkle with a generous amount of chopped fresh rosemary, salt and pepper to your taste,turning as you coat it. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or over-night.
When ready to cook, heat a skillet on med-high heat. Drizzle a small amount of oil in your pan, just enough for a thin coating. Cook until the temperature of chicken reaches 170°-175°
The chicken turns out super moist and very tasty. Serve with your favorite veggie and potatoes or rice. Nice hearty meal.
