Yeast Dinner Rolls~Oh the smell & taste

Do you love a great yeast roll like I do? Love the smell of fresh baked bread? Then you gonna love these rolls. They are a favorite here when ever time permits since they take 2 1/2 hrs from start to finish. For these rolls I use an Oster bread machine for the mixing/kneading/rising time. The extra time is well worth it in the end though. Simply delicious~light and airy rolls.

You will need:
1 cup warm water
2 Tbs. butter
1 egg
3 1/4 cups Gold Better for Bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tsp. regular active dry yeast or 3 Tsp. bread machine yeast.

Directions~Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed. Select the Dough/Pasta cycle. In my machine it takes 1 1/2 hrs for this stage.
After first stage in the machine. Grease muffin tins and separate dough into equal pieces. Place in tins, brush lightly with melted butter then cover in a warm area for 45 minutes. Then bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Brush with melted butter after removing from the oven.

That's it~very simple to do. They just take a bit of time. If you want a quick dinner biscuit I posted a recipe for them here.

After putting in muffin tins lightly brush with butter and cover to rise
After they have risen for 45 minutes
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

I hope you enjoy. :0)
